Its definite! Next years Asia-Pacific Regional TCC will be held in Australia for the third time since its inception in 2008. Hong Kong is now off the radar for the 2012 event.
Details are yet to be confirmed but it appears the 2012 APTCC will follow the Australian National TCC planned for Hobart, Tasmania in late April, 2012.
The Arboriculture Australia website says the 2012 APTCC will take place sometime after the ATCC. The Australian Tree Climbing Championship is scheduled to coincide with the associations annual conference which runs from late April til early May.
By Treetools reckoning you should pencil in Friday 27, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 April, 2012 as the likely dates for the Australian/Asia-Pacific Regional tree climbing comps.
ANZAC Day is Wednesday April 25 and Easter is earlier in the month (April 6-9, 2012).
