Treetools are proud to announce Silver Leaf sponsorship of the 2009 New Zealand Arboricultural Association Conference scheduled 19-21 November in Blenheim, Marlborough. The theme this year is: Arboriculture as a profitable business. Keynote speakers include Terry Flanagan (ISA) and Carl Rogers (Asplundh).
The conference features concurrent sessions: Heritage Trees "the next step" and Utility Arborists "disconnecting power from trees". And new for 2009 is the Inaugural Tane Mahuta Lecture Series presented by Stephen King commemorating the largest kauri known to stand today. The NZAA/Stihl National and Masters Tree Climbing Competitions will be held at the same time.
Johno Smith, Drew Bristow and Matt Glen, who represent Auckland (first,second and third) in the NZAA/Stihl TCC Regionals, will be on hand to discuss various new techniques using DBTree and ART tree climbing products availablefrom Treetools.
