The Yale 11.7mm Blue Tongue is a 60-meter pre-cut Whiptail spliced climbing line. Made of a 24-strand polyester, it is 0.7mm thicker than Blaze. This design enhances hand control without hindering the use of mechanical devices. The kernmantle design ensures the line maintains its round shape, even under heavy loads close to the top anchor. Blue Tongue is easily visible in trees and suitable for advanced and traditional climbing methods. It is excellent for handling and knot-tying. It can be spliced with mechanical descenders and split tail techniques, making it a top choice for production climbers. Additionally, it is CE-approved.
