Scorpro Dead Blow Wedge Hammer is a purpose-built forestry hammer developed in New Zealand in conjunction with LIRO (Logging Industry Research Organisation) for driving felling wedges. The 400 mm moulded handle provides plenty of length for a solid, controlled swing, while the dead-blow construction delivers effective striking force when setting and advancing wedges. Manufactured in Rotorua by Scorpro Engineering, the hammer uses a replaceable, screw-in nylon striking face so that you can replace worn faces instead of the whole tool.
