The Petzl ear-face combination is by far our most popular form of hearing and eye protection for tree workers. The ear-face system is designed to easily fit onto the Petzl Best or Vent helmet.
Treetools has various configurations depending on your requirements. Your can buy it as the Petzl ear-facewith your choice of helmet (Vent or Best), as the ear-face kit (if you already own a helmet) or as individual items - visor, ear muffs and seam seal. The Petzl Stihl option complete with helmet (Vent or Best) is the biggest seller. We also stock the Peltor V40A visor option which includes the hard plastic peak.Some customers have tried the Husqvarna or Stihl muffs and visor when they have changed helmets but you will need to check first as some models don't fit correctly - the visor drops down too low due to the fact that Petzl helmets don't have a peak (so you can see when glancing upward climbing a tree).
