If you are into tree climbing you are bound to spot someone you know.
The NZAA event, sponsored by Stihl, provided spectators with a fantastic exhibition of tree climbing skills.
It looks like New Zealand have will plenty of new climbers coming through to follow in the foot steps of Chrissy Spence, Nicky Ward-Allen, Jimmy Kilpatrick and Scott Forrest.
Chrissy, Nicky and Scott were all present on Saturday as well as other world recognized tree climbers including Marlies Laser, Andy Harrison, Paul Kenny and Tony Wilson.
The next regional TCC event is scheduled for the Botanic Gardens in Wellington on Saturday 2 October, 2010.
